Exhibition world première – market launch for the PLENTICORE G3

The KOSTAL PLENTICORE G3 is the first and only inverter to enable performance upgrades and extended functions. This genuine German-made innovation from KOSTAL will make its world debut at Intersolar 2024 in Munich.

As another benefit, in combination with the new KOSTAL BackUp Switch, the PLENTICORE G3 now has optional backup power capability. What makes this option so special is that the KOSTAL BackUp Switch is inexpensive to purchase, simple to install and easy to operate.

KOSTAL is also presenting another innovation with the integrable DC overvoltage protection (type 2), which can simply be used as a plug-in module in the PLENTICORE G3.

KOSTAL inverters and wallboxes can have their functionality and performance upgraded any time and anywhere. All you need is the KOSTAL PLENTICOIN.

Once registered, the PLENTICOIN can be redeemed with the KOSTAL Solar App in PRO mode for all KOSTAL product upgrades, including battery function, power upgrades and comfort functions.

Installing and commissioning PV systems with KOSTAL products has never been so convenient.

The KOSTAL PLENTICOIN is available as a sealed voucher card or it can be credited directly and digitally to your own company account with KOSTAL. The digital PLENTICOIN and the PLENTICOIN card are available from specialist shops.

Exhibition feature: KOSTAL Solar App with PRO mode

The KOSTAL Solar App with PRO function makes it easier for KOSTAL installers to initially set up solar systems with KOSTAL products and commission them.

In PRO mode, you can create a new solar system and add KOSTAL products with a smartphone or tablet in no time at all.

All registered solar systems are clearly displayed thanks to the filter and sorting function. It is also easy to manage and edit system and user information. All event messages can be filtered and displayed quickly and easily.

From the KOSTAL Solar app in PRO mode, installers can also quickly access the KOSTAL Solar Webshop, Smart Warranty activation or KOSTAL Service.

Exhibition highlight: The powerful and robust PIKO CI 100

KOSTAL is presenting its most powerful commercial inverter to date, the PIKO CI 100, at Intersolar in Munich.

The PIKO CI 100 offers an impressive efficiency of over 98% and minimal conversion losses. Its system voltage is 1100 V for sufficient reserves and maximum flexibility in string design. The KOSTAL commercial inverter can also be converted from DC to AC by 50% and is ready for modules with up to 20 A of current.

As a key feature, the integrated arc detection protects the PIKO CI 100 against faults and damage caused by faulty connections in the DC string with automated event messages.

And another special feature: in conjunction with the PLENTICORE BI and KOSTAL Smart Energy Meter, it is also possible to store surplus energy.

Exhibition highlight: Multiple award-winning ENECTOR wallbox

The multiple award-winning KOSTAL ENECTOR wallbox is the perfect addition to a PV system for using PV power for your own electric car.

In combination with the KOSTAL Smart Energy Meter, the ENECTOR offers various charging options. It is controlled with the KOSTAL Solar App.

Highlight: A new feature is the time mode, with which all comfort functions can be scheduled around the clock. The ENECTOR also offers the option of manual phase switching.

The KOSTAL Solar Terminal is the central platform for getting started with all digital business processes at KOSTAL. From here, you can access all other central KOSTAL applications in just one click.

The KOSTAL Solar Terminal can be used by both plant operators (private and commercial) and business customers (installers and specialist dealers).

In its new version, the KOSTAL Solar Plan also offers full functionality on tablets and smartphones.

The underlying software has been completely revised and delivers fast and reliable results. In addition, the integration of Google Maps and a global weather and irradiation database enables installers to show customers potential yields worldwide.
